ORDER PROCESSING
We process and ship orders throughout the week. Orders usually ship within 1 – 3 business days.


ORDERING AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from rokz. First, we will confirm receipt of your order. Then, you will be notified when your order ships. 


PAYMENT OPTIONS
American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover as well as PayPal. Checks can be mailed to our office and the order will ship once payment arrives.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We understand that, occasionally, items may be damaged before they arrive. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all packages before accepting and opening them. If there is damage to the outside packaging, photograph the package, then open and inspect your order. If the items inside are damaged, please take additional photographs of each damaged item and contact us at info@rokz.com.
